摘要

[目的]明确酸浆叶斑病病原菌种类及对药剂的敏感性.[方法]采用分子生物学技术及形态学鉴定确定病原菌分类地位,采用生长速率法测定了病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性.[结果]引起酸浆叶斑病的致病菌为柑橘镰刀菌和尖孢镰刀菌,其中柑橘镰刀菌发病率占75%;柑橘镰刀菌对萎锈灵、戊唑醇、氰烯菌酯、咯菌腈、氟啶胺敏感性较高,EC50在0.37~2.76 mg/L.[结论]明确了酸浆叶斑病病原菌原菌种类及药剂敏感性.

Abstract

[Aims]This study aims to identify the pathogens of leaf spot on Physali alkekengi L.and its susceptibility to fungicides.[Methods]Molecular biology techniques and morphological identification were used to determine the taxonomic status of the pathogens,and the susceptibility of the pathogens to different fungicides was determined by mycelial growth rate method.[Results]The pathogens causing leaf spot on P.alkekengi L.were Fusarium citri and F spinosum,of which the incidence rate of F citri accounts for 75%;F citri was sensitive to carboxin,tebuconazole,phenamacril,fludioxonil and fluazinam,with an EC50 ranged from 0.37 to 2.76 mg/L.[Conclusions]The pathogen species and the sensitivity to fungicide of leaf spot disease of P.alkkengi L.have been clarified.
