Bionomics of pathogen of leaf spot on Physali alkekengi L.and its susceptibility to fungicides
[Aims]This study aims to identify the pathogens of leaf spot on Physali alkekengi L.and its susceptibility to fungicides.[Methods]Molecular biology techniques and morphological identification were used to determine the taxonomic status of the pathogens, and the susceptibility of the pathogens to different fungicides was determined by mycelial growth rate method.[Results]The pathogens causing leaf spot on P.alkekengi L.were Fusarium citri and F spinosum,of which the incidence rate of F citri accounts for 75%;F citri was sensitive to carboxin, tebuconazole, phenamacril, fludioxonil and fluazinam, with an EC50 ranged from 0.37 to 2.76 mg/L.[Conclusions]The pathogen species and the sensitivity to fungicide of leaf spot disease of P.alkkengi L.have been clarified.
