Combined bioactivity and field control effect of fungicide combinations against cherry stem rot
[Aims]This study aims to clarify the combined biological activity and field control effect of cymoxanil· eugenol, oxathiapiprolin·cnidiadin on cherry stem rot.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the biological activity of mixtures of cymoxanil and eugenol,as well as mixtures of oxathiapiprolin and cnidiadin in different proportions against cherry stem rot pathogens.Further field experiments were conducted to determine the control effect.[Results]The results of bioassay in laboratory showed that when the mass ratios of cymoxanil to eugenol and oxathiapiprolin to cnidiadin were 50∶1 and 5∶1 respectively, the inhibitory effect on cherry stem rot pathogen was the best, with synergistic coefficients of 1.82 and 1.83.According to the optimal mass ratio, the pesticides cymoxanil·eugenol 10.2%SC,and oxathiapiprolin·cnidiadin 4%EW were applied in the field at doses of 153 and 24 g a.i./ha.On day 10 after application, the control effects could reach 87.5%and 91.02%.[Conclusions]The combinations of cymoxanil and eugenol,as well as oxathiapiprolin and cnidiadin, have a good control effect on cherry stem rot, with an effecto of reducing the amount of chemical pesticides and pesticide resistance.
