Residue and safety evaluation of 5 diamide insecticides in soybean-maize strip compound planting
[Aims]The aim of this study was to verify the safety of 5 diamide insecticides in soybean-maize strip compound planting.[Methods]The analysis method of 5 insecticides in soybean and maize substrates was established and the field trial samples were analyzed.Compared with the established maximum residue limit and combined with long-term dietary risk assessment model in China, the application of 5 insecticides in soybean-maize strip compound planting field was evaluated.[Results]At 3 adding levels, the average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD)of 5 diamide insecticides in soybean and maize substrates were 77%-114%and 1%-14%,respectively.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of the five insecticides in soybean, green bean, maize and fresh maize was 0.02 mg/kg,and 0.05 mg/kg in soybean straw and maize straw. The residues of 5 insecticides in soybean straw and maize straw were<0.05-1.5 and<0.05-1.2 mg/kg,respectively.The results of dietary assessment showed that the long-term dietary risk(%ADI)of tetrachlorantraniliprole, tetraniliprole, broflanilide, cyantraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole in soybean and maize were 2.00%,0.67%,0.59%,9.33%and 0.18%,respectively,which were all less than 100%.The cumulative intake risk hazard index(HI)of the five insecticides was 12.77%,which was also less than 100%,indicating that the dietary intake risk to the general population was acceptable.[Conclusions]The application safety of 5 diamide insecticides in soybean-maize strip compound planting is relatively high. The results of this study provide data support for the safe use and registration of diamide insecticides in soybean and maize fields.
