Field efficacy of cyclobutrifluram 50%FS against sweet potato stem nematode Disease
[Aims]To clarify the field control effect of cyclobutrifluram 50%FS on sweet potato stem nematode disease and provide theoretical basis for the production application.[Methods]Field efficacy trials were conducted using field plot experiment with fosthiazate 10%GR as the control agent in severely affected fields by Ditylenchus destructor in Zaolin Village,Baishu Township,Ruyang County,Henan Province, and Zhanghe Village,Chengguan Town.[Results]Cyclobutrifluram 50%FS had good control effect on sweet potato stem nematode disease, with control efficacy of 79.9%-89.62%in the mass concentration range of 495-990 mL/ha,which is significantly better than that of thiazolidine 10%GR at 15 000 g/ha.From the perspective of production, the recovery loss rate reached 50.70%-81.32%.[Conclusions]Cyclobutrifluram 50%FS at 495-990 mL/ha can achieve the goal of controlling sweet potato stem nematode disease, and different doses should be selected for controlling it based on the conditions of field diseases.
