Characteristics of environmental behavior of cyantraniliprole in soil
[Aims]Laboratory simulation test was used to study the environmental behavior of cyantraniliprole in soil, and to provide reference for safety evaluation of it.[Methods]Based on the QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with LC-MS/MS,determination of cyantraniliprole residues in soil, the characteristics of photolysis, leaching, adsorption and degradation of cyantraniliprole on soil surface were explored.[Results]The photodegradation half-life of cyantraniliprole on the surface of soil was 33.1 d,and the leaching coefficients R2+R3+R4>50.The soil adsorption coefficients(Koc)expressed by organic carbon content in three different types of soil(black soil, red soil and tidal soil)were 966.5,412.1 and 135.8 mL/g,respectively,and the degradation half-lifes were 29,445 and 12 d,respectively.[Conclusions]Cyantraniliprole is difficult to photodegrade on the surface of soil, and is difficult to be leaching and adsorbed in soil.It is easy to be degraded in alkaline soil environment, but difficult to be degraded in acidic soils. Therefore, cyantraniliprole poses a low risk to the soil environment.
