Control efficacy of cyazofamid·azoxystrobin 24%SC against potato black scurf
[Aims]The aim of this study is to find more fungicides for effective control of potato black scurf.[Methods]The laboratory activity and field efficacy of cyazofamid·azoxystrobin 24%SC was determined by mycelial growth rate method, pot test, disease nursery experiments and field trials.[Results]The EC50 value of cyazofamid·azoxystrobin 24%SC was 0.33 mg/L,which was lower than that of difenoconazole·azoxystrobin 32.5%SC and thifluzamide 24%SC.Among the trials of the three different fungicides, treatment of 150 mL/ha of cyazofamid·azoxystrobin 24%SC showed the best efficacy against potato stem base and tuber black scurf, with a field control effect rate reaching up to 71.15%.[Conclusions]Ditch application of cyazofamid·azoxystrobin 24%SC demonstrated excellent control against potato black scurf, with a recommended dosage ranging from 150 to 230 mL/ha.
