[目的]拓展三氟杀线酯作用靶标和应用作物,初步分析三氟杀线酯的抗性风险.[方法]采用离体浸虫法、田间药效试验、酶活性测定等方法筛选三氟杀线酯作用靶标和应用作物,分析三氟杀线酯的抗性风险.[结果]拓展应用方面,20mg/L三氟杀线酯对南方根结线虫、拟禾本科根结线虫、大豆孢囊线虫、小麦孢囊线虫室内杀线活性达到100%,明显优于20 mg/L噻唑膦处理;田间有效成分用量为2250 g a.i./hm2时,三氟杀线酯对黄瓜、番茄、大姜、火龙果根结线虫的防治效果也显著高于噻唑膦,防效均超过80%.抗性风险分析方面,三氟杀线酯对乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制作用较弱,作用机理与噻唑膦不同;在噻唑膦高抗性区域,三氟杀线酯对黄瓜根结线虫依然有很好的防治效果,防效超过80%;三氟杀线酯和噻唑膦处理南方根结线虫后的中毒状态明显不同.[结论]三氟杀线酯是一种应用范围广,且与噻唑膦不存在交互抗性风险的新型杀线虫剂.
Expanded application and resistance risk analysis of a new nematicide of trifluenfuronate
[Aims]The aims of this study is to expand the targets and application crops of trifluenfuronate,and to preliminarily analyze its risk in resistance.[Methods]Insect immersion method in vitro,field efficacy test and enzyme activity determination were employed to screen the targets and application crops of trifluenfuronate and to analyze the resistance risk of it.[Results]The labrotary nematicidal activity of 20 mg/L of trifluenfuronate against Meloidogyne incognita,Meloidogyne graminicola,Heterodera glycines and Heterodera avenae reached 100%,obviously superior to that of 20 mg/L of fosthiazate.When the dosage of active ingredients in the field was 2250 g a.i./ha,the control efficiency of trifluenfuronate on root-knot nematode of cucumber,tomato,ginger and pitaya was all above 80%,which was significantly higher than that of fosthiazate.In resistance risk analysis,trifluenfuronate had a weak inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase,and its mechanism was different from that of fosthiazate;in the areas with high resistance to fosthiazate,trifluenfuronate still had a good control effect on cucumber root-knot nematodes,with the control effect above 80%;the poisoning status of M.incognita treated with trifluenfuronate and fosthiazate was evidently different.[Conclusions]Trifluenfuronate is a new type of nematicide with wide application ranges and low risks of cross-resistance with fosthiazate.
