高效液相色谱法测定0.5%噻虫胺颗粒剂中(Z)-5-苄基-1-甲基-N-硝基-1,3,5-三嗪烷-2-亚胺

[目的]建立一种测定0.5%噻虫胺颗粒剂中杂质(Z)-5-苄基-1-甲基-N-硝基-1,3,5-三嗪烷-2-亚胺的高效液相色谱定量分析方法.[方法]采用Agela Durashell C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%乙酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)在275 nm波长下对该杂质进行方法验证.[结果]方法的线性相关性R2=0.9996,标准偏差为0.000 015,变异系数RSD为1.25%,平均回收率为99.88%,均满足定量分析要求.[结论]实现了杂质与其他各组分的有效分离,适用于相应剂型的质量检测.
Determination of(Z)-5-benzyl-1-methyl-N-nitro-1,3,5-triazinan-2-imine in clothianidin 0.5%granule by HPLC
[Aims]This study aims to establish a HPLC method for the determination of impurity(Z)-5-benzyl-1-methyl-N-nitro-1,3,5-triazinan-2-imide in clothianidin 0.5%granule.[Methods]Agela Durashell C18 column was used,acetonitrile-acetic acid 0.1%aqueous solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The method was verified by diode array detector(DAD)at wavelength of 275 nm for the inpurity.[Results]The linear correlation R2 was 0.9996,the standard deviation was 0.000 015,the coefficient of variation was 1.25%,and the average recovery was 99.88%,all of which met the requirements of quantitative analysis.[Conclusions]The effective separation of impurities from other components can be realized,and it is suitable for the quality detection of corresponding formulation.
