[目的]针对大蒜中15种农药残留,建立一种检测方法.[方法]采用QuEChERS法对大蒜中15种农药进行提取和净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对15种农药进行分离和定量分析.[结果]15种农药在5~200 μg/L范围内相关系数均大于0.995,线性关系较好;方法检出限在0.72~2.9 g/kg之间,定量限在2.4~9.7 μg/kg之间;在10、20、100 μg/kg 3个添加水平下,15种农药的平均回收率在71.7%~110.2%之间,相对标准偏差在1.2%~12.2%之间.[结论]本方法可用于大蒜中15种农药残留的快速检测.
Determination of 15 pesticide residues in garlic by QuEChERS combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
[Aims]A method for the determination of 15 pesticide residues in garlic was developed.[Methods]15 Pesticides in garlic were extracted and purified by QuEChERS method.Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was used to separate and quantitatively analyze the pesticides.[Results]The linear relationship of the 15 pesticides was good in the range of 5-200 μg/L,with the correlation coefficients more than 0.995.The detection limits of the method were 0.72-2.9 μg/kg,and the limits of quantification were 2.4-9.7 μg/kg.The average recoveries of the 15 pesticides were 71.7%-110.2%at the spiked levels of 10,20 and 100 μg/kg,with RSDs in the range of 1.2%to 12.2%.[Conclusions]The method can be applied for the determination of the 15 pesticide residues in garlic.
