[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the acute toxicity and environmental exposure risk of tembotrione·atrazine 23.5%OD to 4 environmental organisms.[Methods]According to the Test Guidelines on Environmental Safety Assessment for Chemical Pesticides, the acute toxicity tests of tembotrione·atrazine 23.5%OD to Bombyx mori,Apis mellifera L.,Coccinella septempunctata and Trichogramma chilonis Ishii were determined. In addition, the environmental exposure risk was evaluated according to the Guidance on Environmental Risk Assessment for Pesticide Registration.[Results]The results showed that the 96 h-LC50 of tembotrione·atrazine 23.5%OD to B.mori was 989.8 mg a.i./L,indicating low toxicity. The 48 h-LD50(oral and contact)to A.mellifera L.were greater than 97.53 and 100.0 μg a.i./bee respectively, and all were of low toxicity. The LR50 to C.septempunctata was 271.8 g a.i./ha,which was of high risk. The 24 h-LR50 to T.chilonis Ishii was greater than 282.5 g a.i./ha,and the risk level was uncertain. The risk assessment results showed that the RQ on the outermost and suboutermost mulberry trees to B.mori were 9.39 and 0.58 respectively. The RQsp of spray application scenario toA.mellifera L.was 0.14.The HQin of in-field exposure scenario and to C.septempunctata and T.chilonis Ishii were 2.59 and 2.49 respectively. The HQ.ff of off-field exposure scenario to C.septempunctata and T.chilonis Ishii were 0.072 and 0.069 respectively.[Conclusions]The environmental exposure risk of tembotrione·atrazine 23.5%OD to B.mori was unacceptable on the outermost mulberry trees after a single application, and appropriate risk mitigation measures should be taken to make the risk acceptable.
