Efficacy evaluation of 3 suspension concentrates for seed treatment to control Pleonomus canaliculatus in the field
[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the field control effect of imidacloprid·beta-cyfluthrin·fludioxonil 10%suspension concentrate for seed treatment(FS),clothianidin·fludioxonil·difenoconazole 10%FS and prothioconazole·fludioxonil·clothianidin 11%FS on Pleonomus canaliculatus.[Methods]We coated wheat seeds with the selected three suspension concentrates for seed treatment at the planting stage, and investigated the control effect on the peak occurrence period of P.canaliculatus in the second year.[Results]Imidacloprid·beta-cyfluthrin·fludioxonil 10%FS at 120,140,160 g a.i./100kg seed was very effective, with the seedling emergence rate of 75.20%-85.13%,and the control effect of 80.47%-87.85%.Clothianidin·fludioxonil·difenoconazole 10%FS at 105,130 g a.i./100kg seed was effective, with the seedling emergence rate of 79.82%-86.13%,and the control effect of 81.08%-90.42%.Prothioconazole·fludioxonil·clothianidin 11%FS at 132,198 g a.i./100kg seed was effective, and the seedling emergence rate was 82.63%-87.14%,and the control effect was 84.80%-88.81%.[Conclusions]The three suspension concentrates for seed treatment have good field control effect on P.canaliculatus, and can be used alternately in production.
