植物源杀虫剂香芹酚对稻飞虱的防治效果及其对水稻的安全性

[目的]评价香芹酚对稻飞虱室内生物活性和田间防效,及其对水稻的安全性.[方法]采用稻茎浸渍法对稻飞虱三龄若虫进行室内生物活性测定,喷雾法开展田间防治效果的研究,以水稻品种南梗9108、中旱35和糯两优561作为供试材料,评价香芹酚对水稻生长安全性.[结果]室内生测结果表明:16%香芹酚母药处理稻飞虱若虫120 h的LC50和LC90分别为17.35、30.64 mg/L;田间试验表明:第2次药后1~7d内,5%香芹酚水剂22.5、30.0、37.5 g a.i./hm2处理对稻飞虱防效分别达到70.11%~80.66%、77.58%~85.32%、82.34%~91.01%,显著优于对照药剂1.5%苦参碱可溶液剂和25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂.[结论]5%香芹酚水剂防治稻飞虱具有较好速效性,对水稻生长安全,可作为防治稻飞虱的绿色杀虫剂推广应用.
Control efficacy of botanical insecticide carvacrol on rice planthopper and its safety on rice
[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the laboratory bioactivity and field control effect of carvacrol on rice planthopper,and determine its safety on rice.[Methods]The indoor biological activity of carvacrol against 3rd instar nymph were determined by the rice stem immersion method and the field control effect study were carried out by spray method,and rice varieties Nangeng 9108,Zhonghan 35 and Nuoliangyou 561 were used as test materials to evaluate the impact on rice growth.[Results]The laboratory bioactivity showed that the 120-h LC50 and LC90 values of carvacrol 16%TK was 17.35 and 30.64 mg/L.The field trials showed that on day 1 to 7 after the second application,the control effects of carvacrol 5%AS at 22.5,30.0 and 37.5 g a.i./ha on rice planthopper reached to 70.11%-80.66%,77.58%-85.32%and 82.34%-91.01%,respectively,significantly better than that of matrine 1.5%SL and thiamethoxam 25%WG.[Conclusions]Carvacrol 5%AS has good quick effect in controlling rice planthopper,and is safe for rice growth.It can be promoted and applied as a green insecticide for controlling rice planthopper.
