[目的]寻找具有较高杀虫活性的新化合物.[方法]以取代的邻氨基苯甲酸和取代的4,5-二氢吡唑酸为起始原料,合成了 10个氯虫苯甲酰胺类化合物.化合物结构经1H NMR确证.[结果]初步活性测试结果显示,在10 mg/L剂量下,部分化合物对小菜蛾和黏虫具有优异的杀虫活性.[结论]化合物VI-1对小菜蛾的活性优于对照氯虫苯甲酰胺.
Design,synthesis and insecticidal activity of chlorantraniliprole analogs
[Aims]This study aims to explore new compounds with high insecticidal activities.[Methods]Ten chlorantraniliprole analogs were synthesized with substituted 2-aminobenzoic acid and substituted 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid as initial materials.All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR.[Results]The test results showed that some of the compounds display excellent insecticide activities against diamondback moth and army worm at 10 mg/L.[Conclusions]Compound Ⅵ-1 showed comparatively higher activity than chlorantraniliprole against diamondback moth.
