[目的]利用高效液相色谱建立同时检测30%氰氟草酯·(噁)唑酰草胺可分散油悬浮剂中有效成分含量的方法.[方法]以乙腈-0.1%乙酸水溶液为流动相,采用ZORBAX Extend-C18色谱柱和DAD检测器,于240 nm波长下对试样中的(噁)唑酰草胺和氰氟草酯进行分离和定量分析.[结果]该分析方法中(噁)唑酰草胺和氰氟草酯的线性相关系数均大于0.999,变异系数分别为0.38%和0.41%,平均回收率分别为99.3%和99.7%.[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,准确度和精密度高,可用于30%氰氟草酯·(噁)唑酰草胺可分散油悬浮剂产品的质量控制.
Analysis of cyhalofop-butyl·metamifop 30%OD by HPLC
[Aims]This study aims to establish a method for the determination of active components in cyhalofop-butyl·metamifop 30%OD by HPLC.[Methods]The separation and quantitative analysis of metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl in the sample was conducted by ZORBAX Extend-C18 column and DAD detector at 240 nm with the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1%acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase.[Results]The linear correlation coefficients for metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl were all greater than 0.999,the variation coefficients were 0.38%and 0.41%,the average recovery rates were 99.3%and 99.7%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is simple and convenient,with good separation effect,precision and accuracy,which indicated that it can be used for quality control of cyhalofop-butyl·metamifop 30%OD.
