Effects of 24-epibrassnolide on degradation of procymidone residue in Chinese chives
[Aims]The aim of this study is to explore the effects of 24-epibrassnolide(EBR)on degradation of procymidone residue in Chinese chives.[Methods]A field trial with treatments of two concentration of EBR was conducted to study the residual regularity of procymidone in Chinese chives.[Results]On the 14th day after application, the degradation rate of procymidone in Chinese chives treated with water was 76.93%with a half-life of 7.1 d,while those of treatments with 0.05 and 0.1 mg/L EBR were 80.78%and 91.03%,with half-lives of 7.5 and 4.8 d.On the 28th day after application, the degradation rate of procymidone in Chinese chives treated with water was 90.69%with a half-life of 10.1 d,while those of treatments with 0.05 and 0.1 mg/L EBR were 95.25%and 90.6%,with half-lives of 8.3 and 11.2 d.[Conclusions]The 0.1 mg/L of 24-epibrassnolide can stimulate procymidone residue to degrade rapidly in Chinese chives.
