Development of matrix standard sample of carbendazim and imidacloprid residue in Lonicera japonica
[Aims]The aim of this study is to establish a method for the development of matrix standard samples of carbendazim and imidacloprid residues in Lonicera japonica.[Methods]The blank dried L.japonica was sprayed, dried in the shade, crushed, sifted, mixed, packed and tested for moisture. It was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified by external standard method. After uniformity and stability tests, three analysis methods were combined to determine the value, and the uncertainty was evaluated.[Results]The characteristic values of carbendazim and imidacloprid residue matrix standard samples in L.japonica were obtained by fixed value and uncertainty evaluation. The characteristic value of carbendazim was(1.043±0.056)mg/kg,while that of imidacloprid was(0.995±0.042)mg/kg.The matrix standard sample had good uniformity and could be stored stably at-18 ℃.[Conclusions]The matrix standard sample prepared by this method has good uniformity and stability, and can be applied for quality control, analytical instrument calibration, detection method confirmation and evaluation in the detection process.
