摘要
[目的]研究氯氟醚菊酯与啶虫脒复配对淡色库蚊的增效作用及现场药效.[方法]室内测定了氯氟醚菊酯、啶虫脒对淡色库蚊的生物活性及复配增效效果,并进行了现场药效试验.[结果]当氯氟醚菊酯与啶虫脒按有效成分比为1∶4、1∶5、1∶6、1∶7复配时,都表现为增效作用,且最佳配比为1∶5,共毒系数(CTC)为146.25.现场药效试验表明:氯氟醚菊酯·啶虫脒(1∶5)复配施药,对淡色库蚊的死亡率高达100.00％,明显优于对照药剂.[结论]氯氟醚菊酯与啶虫脒进行复配具有明显的增效作用,并具有更好的现场杀虫效果.
Abstract
[Aims]The synergistic effect and control efficacy of compositons of meperfluthrin and acetamiprid on Culex pipienspallens were studied.[Methods]The bioactivity and synergistic effect of meperfluthrin and acetamiprid to C.pipienspallens was determined in laboratory,and the control efficacy was tested.[Results]When the ratio between meperfluthrin and acetamiprid was 1∶4,1∶5,1∶6 and 1∶7,all compositions showed synergistic effect,and the optimal ratio was 1∶5 with the co-toxicity cocfficient(CTC)reaching 146.25.The efficacy test showed that the mortality rate of meperfluthrin and acetamiprid(1∶5)against C.pipienspallens was up to 100.00％,which was significantly improved compared witn the control agents.[Conclusions]The composition of meperfluthrin and acetamiprid has obvious synergistic effect and better efficacy.
