综述了枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis作为生物农药在植物保护领域应用方面的研究进展.首先介绍了枯草芽孢杆菌的生防作用机制,包括竞争作用、拮抗作用、诱导植物抗性和促进植物生长等方面;其次,总结了目前枯草芽孢杆菌的主要剂型加工技术研究进展,以及针对生物农药的分散性和稳定性差的共性问题的一些解决办法;最后,围绕枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂与其他药剂的联合应用进行了讨论,包括与其他有益微生物或生物农药等的联合使用,以提高农业病虫害防治效果和绿色防控水平.
Research progress in biocontrol mechanisms,formulation processing and combined application of Bacillus subtilis
This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress in the application of Bacillus subtilis as a biopesticide in the field of plant protection.Firstly,we introduced the mechanisms of biological control of B.subtilis,including competitive action,antagonistic action,induction of plant resistance and promotion of plant growth.Secondly,we summarized the current research progress on the main formulation processing technologies of B.subtilis,as well as some solutions to the common problems of poor dispersibility and stability of biopesticides.Finally,we discussed the combined application of B.subtilis with other pesticides,including the combined use with other beneficial microorganisms or biopesticides,to improve the control efficacy against agricultural pests and diseases and promote the level of green management.
