摘要

[目的]发现具有高除草活性的化合物.[方法]以邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯和1,3-环己二酮为起始原料,经9步反应成功制备目标化合物,并经核磁及质谱验证其结构.[结果]生测数据显示,大多数化合物在150 g a.i./hm2剂量下对多种杂草,如稗草、狗尾草、马唐、灰菜、苋菜、苘麻均具有较高的活性,并且对玉米安全.

Abstract

[Aims]This study aims to discover new herbicidal compounds with high activity.[Methods]Compounds were synthesized successfully with methyl anthranilate and 1,3-cyclohexanedione as starting materials by 9 steps.The structural characterization was identified by 1H NMR and LC-MS.[Results]Preliminary bioassay indicated that most of the compounds not only showed a broad spectrum of weed control such as Echinochloa crus-galli,Setaria faberii,Digitaria sanguinalis,Amaranthus retroflexu,Eclipta prostrate,Abutilon juncea,but also possessed better selectivity for maize and wheat at the dosage of 150 g a.i./ha.
