Determination of 3 pesticide residues in mulberry leaves by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
[Aims]The aim of this study is to develop a method for determination of residues of imidacloprid, acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole in mulberry leaves.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by Carbon/NH2,detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring mode with positive electrospray ionization, and quantified by matrix matched external standard method.[Results]The limits of quantification for imidacloprid, acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole were 0.001 mg/kg.The three pesticides had good linear relationships within the range of 0.0001 to 0.10 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were over 0.999.With the addition concentration of 0.001-0.10 mg/kg,the average recoveries of this method ranged from 81.6%to 108.1%with relative standard deviations of 1.33%-7.95%,and the relative standard deviation of the precision of the method ranged from 1.29%to 8.58%.[Conclusions]This method is sensitive, accurate, and suitable for determination of imidacloprid, acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole residues in mulberry leaves.
