超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定桑叶中3种杀虫剂残留量

[目的]建立测定桑叶中吡虫啉、啶虫脒和氯虫苯甲酰胺3种杀虫剂残留量的分析方法.[方法]样品经乙腈提取,石墨化炭黑氨基复合柱(Carbon/NH2)净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱在电喷雾离子源正离子多反应监测模式下检测,基质外标法定量.[结果]吡虫啉、啶虫脒和氯虫苯甲酰胺的方法定量限均为0.001 mg/kg,在0.0001~0.10 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均优于0.999.在0.001~0.10 mg/kg添加质量分数范围内,方法平均回收率为81.6%~108.1%,相对标准偏差为1.33%~7.95%,方法精密度相对标准偏差为1.29%~8.58%.[结论]该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于桑叶中吡虫啉、啶虫脒和氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的测定.
Determination of 3 pesticide residues in mulberry leaves by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
[Aims]The aim of this study is to develop a method for determination of residues of imidacloprid,acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole in mulberry leaves.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by Carbon/NH2,detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring mode with positive electrospray ionization,and quantified by matrix matched external standard method.[Results]The limits of quantification for imidacloprid,acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole were 0.001 mg/kg.The three pesticides had good linear relationships within the range of 0.0001 to 0.10 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were over 0.999.With the addition concentration of 0.001-0.10 mg/kg,the average recoveries of this method ranged from 81.6%to 108.1%with relative standard deviations of 1.33%-7.95%,and the relative standard deviation of the precision of the method ranged from 1.29%to 8.58%.[Conclusions]This method is sensitive,accurate,and suitable for determination of imidacloprid,acetamiprid and chlorantraniliprole residues in mulberry leaves.
