摘要

[目的]建立了家禽畜肉类中氟虫腈及其代谢产物的QuEChERS-气相色谱-外标定量分析方法.[方法]制备样品经过乙腈提取、正己烷液液分配净化,以QuEChERS法净化萃取来减少基质干扰,以基质空白溶液配标来消除基质效应,用HP-5MS毛细管柱进行分离,再经气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)分析,外标法定量.[结果]氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物在0.001~0.2 mg/L范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,加标水平在0.001、0.01、0.1 mg/kg时,氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物残留的回收率为75.9%~119.4%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%.[结论]该方法简单方便、灵敏准确,适用于家禽家畜肉类中氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物残留的分析检测.

Abstract

[Aims]This study aims to establish a method for the determination of fipronil and its metabolite residues in poultry and livestock meat by gas chromatography-electron capture detector.[Methods]The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by n-hexane liquid-liquid distribution,the extracted solution was further purified with QuEChERS method to reduce matrix interference,the matrix effect was eliminated by matrix blank solution,and the components were separated by HP-5MS capillary column and analyzed by gas chromatography-electron capture detector.Quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method.[Results]The fipronil and its three metabolite residues had good liner relationships in the range of 0.001 to 0.2 mg/L,with correlation coefficients more than 0.999.The recoveries of fipronil and its residues at 3 spiked levels(0.001,0.01,0.1 mg/kg)were 75.9%-119.4%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.0%.[Conclusions]The method is simple,convenient,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for the analysis and detection of the residues of fipronil and its three metabolites in poultry and livestock meat.
