Laboratory activity and field control efficacy of fungicide combination against Pseudomonas,a bacterial pathogen of Morchella
[Aims]The aim is to study on the effective control strategies against Pseudomonas,a bacterial pathogens of Morchella spp.[Methods]The pathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas was isolated and purified from the fruit bodies of infected Morchella in Guizhou Province. The turbidity method was used to study the laboratory bioactivity against Pseudomonas of 14 commercial pesticides and their different combinations, and the control efficacy was further verified by field trial.[Results]The results of laboratory bioactivity test showed that the combination of seboctylamine acetate 20% AS and ethylicin 80% EC in a ratio of 3∶1 had a synergistic effect, with the SR of 2.0229.Other combinations and ratios had additive or antagonistic effects. The results of field trial showed that the combination of seboctylamine acetate 20% AS and ethylicin 80% EC in a ratio of 3∶1 had a good control efficacy, with a control effect reaching 78.64% ±2.05% when the concentration was 12 mg/L.[Conclusions]The combination of seboctylamine acetate 20% AS and ethylicin 80% EC in a ratio of 3∶1 has a good control effect on bacterial disease of Morchella spp.caused by Pseudomonas.
