摘要

[目的]明确杀线虫剂0.3%博落回提取物可溶液剂和0.1%博落回提取物颗粒剂对番茄根结线虫的防治效果及安全性,为生产中推广使用提供科学依据.[方法]参考《农药田间药效试验准则(一):杀线虫剂防治根部线虫病》,采用穴施及灌根法于2022-2023年在山西省晋中市太谷区进行田间药效试验.[结果]0.3%博落回提取物可溶液剂3个质量浓度的防效均在68%以上,0.1%博落回提取物颗粒剂3个质量浓度的防效均在70%以上,与对照药剂0.3%苦参碱水剂的防效之间差异不显著,但显著高于对照药剂0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂的防效.[结论]0.1%博落回提取物颗粒剂和0.3%博落回提取物可溶液剂可以有效防治番茄根结线虫,且施药剂量下对番茄植株安全.

Abstract

[Aims]This study aims to clarify the control effect and safety of the nematicides Macleaya cordata extract 0.3% SL and 0.1% GR against tomato root-knot nematode,and to provide scientific basis for the promotion and application in production.[Methods]Field efficacy trials were conducted according to the Guidelines for Field Efficacy Testing of Pesticides(Ⅰ),Nematicides for Control of Root Nematodes,and carried out in Taigu District,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,China,from 2022 to 2023,by using the hole-application and root-irrigation methods.[Results]The control effect of M.cordata extract 0.3% SL at 3 tested concentrations was more than 68% ,while that of M.cordata extract 0.1% GR at 3 tested concentrations was more than 70% ,which has no significant difference with that of matrine 0.3% AS,but was significantly higher than that of abamectin 0.5% GR.[Conclusions]The M.cordata extract 0.1% .GR and 0.3% SL can effectively prevent and control tomato root-knot nematode,and has good safety for tomato plants.
