25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑悬浮剂流变性能及药效研究

[目的]开发不同配方25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑悬浮剂,研究制剂的流变性能及药效.[方法]采用高通量制剂设备,制备悬浮体系制剂并测其黏度,表征流变性能,开展制剂样品药效试验.[结果]25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑悬浮剂a-2-4配方黏度为308 cp,倾倒后残余物为4.2%,符合Herschel-Bulkley模型,屈服值τH为2.1885,稠度指数k为0.0423,流动特性指数n为0.9163,其稳定性最好,对水稻稻瘟病防效最优,EC90为4.2515 mg/L.[结论]制备不同配方体系,通过对黏度、屈服值、稠度指数的对比研究,进行了流变曲线的拟合,最终获得了稳定性较佳,且药效更佳的25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑悬浮剂新配方.
Rheological properties and efficacy of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate
[Aims]Different formulations of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate were prepared to investigate its rheological properties and efficacy.[Methods]Using high-throughput formulation equipment,we prepared the suspension system formulations,measured their viscosity,characterized their rheological properties,and conducted the efficacy tests of them.[Results]The fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate with formulation a-2-4 exhibited viscosity of 308 cp,and the residual content after pouring was 4.2%,which conforms to the Herschel Bulkley model.The yield value τH was 2.1885,the viscosity index k was 0.0423,and the flow characteristic index n is 0.9163.It had the best stability and the best control effect on rice blast disease,with an EC90 of 4.2515 mg/L.[Conclusions]Different formulation systems were prepared,and rheological curves were fitted through comparative studies on viscosity,yield value and viscosity index.Finally,a new formula of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate with good stability and better control efficacy was obtained.
