Rheological properties and efficacy of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate
[Aims]Different formulations of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate were prepared to investigate its rheological properties and efficacy.[Methods]Using high-throughput formulation equipment,we prepared the suspension system formulations,measured their viscosity,characterized their rheological properties,and conducted the efficacy tests of them.[Results]The fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate with formulation a-2-4 exhibited viscosity of 308 cp,and the residual content after pouring was 4.2%,which conforms to the Herschel Bulkley model.The yield value τH was 2.1885,the viscosity index k was 0.0423,and the flow characteristic index n is 0.9163.It had the best stability and the best control effect on rice blast disease,with an EC90 of 4.2515 mg/L.[Conclusions]Different formulation systems were prepared,and rheological curves were fitted through comparative studies on viscosity,yield value and viscosity index.Finally,a new formula of fenaminstrobin·tricyclazole 25%suspension concentrate with good stability and better control efficacy was obtained.
