摘要

[目的]为提高调环酸钙·S-诱抗素悬浮剂检测效率,用高效液相色谱建立同时检测12%调环酸钙·S-诱抗素中有效成分含量的分析方法.[方法]该方法采用Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱分离,用甲醇和乙酸水为流动相,在260 nm紫外检测波长下,对试样中调环酸钙和S-诱抗素的含量同时进行测定.[结果]调环酸钙和S-诱抗素的相关系数均为1.0000,标准偏差分别为0.038和0.014;变异系数为0.37%和0.70%,平均回收率为106.43%和98.47%.[结论]该方法操作简单,分离效果好,成本低,精确度和准确度高,适用于该制剂产品的质量控制.

Abstract

[Aims]To improve the detection efficiency of prohexadione calcium·(+)-abscisic acid,a quantitative analytical method for the simultaneous detection of the active components of prohexadione calcium·(+)-abscisic acid 12%SC by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.[Methods]The active components of the sample were separated and determined by a Hypersil GOLD C18 column under UV wavelength at 260 nm,with methanol and acetic acid water as the mobile phase.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of both prohexadione calcium and(+)-abscisic acid were 1.0000,and the standard deviations were 0.038 and 0.014,respectively.The coefficients of variation were 0.37%and 0.70%,and the average recovery rates were 106.43%and 98.47%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method applied here is simple to operate,effective in separation and cost-effective,and has high precision and accuracy.It is suitable for the quality control of prohexadione calcium·(+)-abscisic acid 12%SC.
