摘要

为了快捷有效评估光伏并网后设备利用率变化情况,丰富现有源荷匹配评估指标体系,本文建立了一套考虑配电网设备利用率的源荷匹配评估方法.首先对分布式光伏与负荷特征、设备利用率指标进行分析,构建了包含波动匹配度、电量匹配度、消纳匹配度与负荷偏移度的源荷匹配评估模型,借助拉开档次法进行指标赋权并得出源荷匹配综合得分,依据综合结果直接判断分布式光伏并网对设备利用率的影响程度.最后,依据江苏某工业园区电力用户源荷数据进行指标计算并进行设备利用率变化评估,对照设备利用率指标验证了评估指标体系合理性与有效性.

Abstract

In order to quickly and effectively evaluate the change of equipment utilization rate of grid-connected PV and enrich the extant source-load matching evaluation index system,a set of source-load matching evaluation methods considering equipment utilization rate of distribution network is established.First,a source-load matching evaluation model including fluctuation matching degree,power matching degree,consumption matching degree and load offset degree is constructed by analyzing distributed PV and load characteristics and equipment utilization indexes.Second,the indexes are assigned by pull-out grade method and a comprehensive score of source-load matching is obtained,and then the degree of impact of distributed PV grid connection on equipment utilization is directly judged based on comprehensive results.Finally,a case study on efficiency of equipment utilization in an industrial zone in Jiangsu province is carried out to verify the validity and reasonability of the source-load matching evaluation model.
