1000MW燃煤机组海水脱硫工艺深度节能设计

海水脱硫是沿海地区燃煤电厂重要的脱硫方式之一,相比传统石灰石湿法脱硫该系统更为简单,但受地域、气候差异影响,海水温度低时存在脱硫用海水高于循环水海水量、曝气效果差等问题,致使脱硫经济性偏低,尤其在北部沿海电厂秋、冬季节。本文介绍了我国中东部沿海地区某电厂新建机组海水脱硫项目,结合其海水特性从海水、烟气、设备等多方面因素分析,通过优化吸收塔进水、烟气深度余热利用及大功率设备变频调节等,实现了脱硫系统深度节能。
Deep energy-saving design of seawater desulfurization process for 1000MW coal-fired units
Seawater desulphurisation is one of the important desulphurisation methods for coal-fired power plants in coastal areas,compared with the traditional limestone wet desulphurisation,the system is simpler,but affected by regional and climatic differences,the seawater temperature is low when there is desulphurisation seawater is higher than the amount of seawater in the circulating water,aeration effect is poor and other issues,resulting in the economy of desulphurisation is high,especially in the northern coastal power plants in the autumn and winter seasons.This paper describes the seawater desulphurisation project of a new power plant unit in Zhoushan area in the east-central coast of China,combining its seawater characteristics from seawater,flue gas,equipment and other factors,through the optimisation of the absorption tower water intake,the flue gas depth of the use of waste heat and high-power equipment frequency regulation,etc.,to achieve the depth of energy saving in the desulphurisation system.
