Experimental study on the impact of low oxygen combustion on lime desulfurization process in the furnace
In order to explore the effect of low oxygen combustion on the desulfurization process of lime in the furnace in the fluidized bed boiler, the experimental study of lime desulfurization in the furnace under different excess air coefficient combustion conditions(0.6~1.2)was carried out on a small bubbling fluidized bed experimental device.Through the study of the change characteristics of flue gas components, sulfur content of desulfurization ash residue and desulfurization lime products, the desulfurization characteristics of lime in the furnace under different excess air coefficients were revealed. The experimental results show that when the air excess coefficient is greater than 1.0,the sulfur-containing flue gas is mainly SO2,and the sulfur in the ash slag mainly exists in the form of sulfate, and the reduction of the excess air coefficient has little effect on the sulfur fixation of lime. When the working condition is changed to hypoxic combustion, the sulfur in the flue gas mainly exists in the form of H2S,the sulfur content of sulfide in the ash residue is the highest, followed by organic sulfur and sulfate sulfur, and the sulfur-containing products in lime decrease significantly. From the perspective of the utilization rate of the desulfurizer,it is recommended that the air excess coefficient during low oxygen combustion can be as low as possible under the condition of controlling above 1.0.
