光伏电站螺旋桩的计算及应用案例

通过对螺旋钢管桩极限抗压承载力、极限抗拔承载力的计算全过程进行了研究分析,从工程地质条件和钢管桩力学特性入手,以已建光伏项目为案例,结合《太阳能发电站支架基础技术规范》对螺旋钢管桩极限承载力的计算步骤作了详细论证。分析表明,螺旋钢管桩可以作为沙漠地区光伏支架的优选基础形式,不仅极限承载力满足设计要求,同时螺旋钢管桩具有绿色环保、施工便捷高效、可重复利用等优点。因此,掌握螺旋钢管桩的实际应用和承载力计算,为今后光伏支架基础设计进行技术储备,对提高地面光伏发电项目的经济效益具有重要意义。
Calculation and application of spiral pile in photovoltaic power station
By studying and analysing the whole process of calculating the ultimate compressive bearing capacity and ultimate pull-out bearing capacity of spiral steel pipe piles,starting from the engineering geological conditions and mechanical characteristics of steel pipe piles,and taking the constructed photovoltaic project as a case study,and combining with the specification requirements,a detailed demonstration is made on the steps of calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the spiral steel pipe piles.The analysis shows that spiral steel pipe piles can be used as the preferred foundation form for PV supports in desert areas,not only the ultimate bearing capacity meets the design requirements,but also the spiral steel pipe piles have the advantages of green environmental protection,convenient and efficient construction,and can be reused and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to master the practical application and bearing capacity calculation of spiral steel pipe piles,to make technical reserve for the future foundation design of PV bracket,and to improve the economic benefits of ground-based PV power generation projects.
