摘要

为提升储能利用率和新能源就地消纳水平,降低用户用电成本,提出"多对多"光储小团体共享储能配置策略.小团体中的每个用户均为光伏产消者,多个光伏产消者共同投资多个共享储能.以共享储能的可变运维成本、小团体购售电成本之和,减去需量电费削减总收益的最小值为目标函数,在储能装机总功率及其他储能运行约束条件下,用Gurobi求解器求解出最优配储个数、功率和容量,以及最优调度.算例分析表明,不同配储比例下,小团体共享储能模式的年差异总成本和年购售电量均能有效减少.最后,对单位充放电功率可变运维成本和基本电费价格进行敏感性分析.

Abstract

To improve energy storage utilization and on-site consumption of renewable energy,and reduce user electricity costs,a"many to many"photovoltaic storage small group shared energy storage configuration strategy is proposed.Each user in the small group is a photovoltaic producer and consumer,and multiple photovoltaic producers and consumers jointly invest in multiple shared energy storage.Taking the variable operation and maintenance costs of shared energy storage and the sum of small group purchasing and selling electricity costs,minus the minimum total benefit of reducing demand electricity bills,as the objective function,under the constraints of total installed power of energy storage and other energy storage operation conditions,the Gurobi solver is used to solve for the optimal number of storage units,power and capacity,as well as the optimal scheduling.Case analysis shows that under different allocation and storage ratios,the total cost of annual differences and annual purchase and sales of electricity in the small group shared energy storage model can be effectively reduced.Finally,conduct a sensitivity analysis on the variable operation and maintenance costs and basic electricity prices per unit of charging and discharging power.
