摘要

某电厂超超临界1030MW汽轮机在运行时高压旁路调节阀阀盖螺栓发生断裂,螺栓质量和阀门结构因素是高压旁路调节阀失效的主要原因.为了避免因阀门泄漏蒸汽、螺栓断裂造成人身伤害、设备损坏、机组非计划性停机,提高机组效率,利用原管口、执行机构、控制组件和液压油站,提出一个采用自密封结构高压旁路调节阀的技术改进方案.

Abstract

During the operation of steam turbine of a 1030MW ultra supercritical power plant,the bolts on valve cover of high bypass control valve broke,which reduced the safety of the unit.Through analysis,it is considered that bolt quality and valve structure are the main reasons for the failure of high bypass control valve.In order to avoid personal injury,equipment damage,the unit was unscheduled shutdown due to valve steam leakage and bolt fracture,and improve the unit efficiency,a technical transformation scheme using self-sealing high bypass control valve is proposed by using the original nozzle,actuator,control component and hydraulic oil station.
