深度调峰下燃煤机组流量特性优化及案例分析

燃煤机组控制系统各环节良好配合是机组安全、精细化运行的保障,尤其是参与深度调峰的机组。本文介绍了某300MW机组汽轮机流量特性优化,在深度调峰要求下,机组流量特性优化区间须从正常负荷区延伸至深度调峰区,采用分段线性方法优化特性曲线,改善机组负荷响应,优化调整重叠度,规避了机组调门摆动,为高压调门流量特性优化工作提供重要参考和启示。
Optimization of flow characteristics of coal-fired units under deep peak shaving and case analysis
The good coordination of each link in the control system of coal-fired unit is the guarantee for the security and refinement operation of unit,especially the unit participating in the deep peak shaving.This paper introduces the optimization of flow characteristics of a 300 MW unit steam turbine.Under the requirement of deep peak shaving,the optimization interval of flow characteristics must be extended from the normal load area to the deep peak shaving area.The piecewise linear method is used to optimize the characteristic curve,and the adjustment overlap is optimized for avoiding the swing of the unit regulating valve,which improve the load response of the unit,and provide important reference and enlightenment for the optimization of the flow characteristics of the high pressure regulating valves.
