摘要

本文提出了一种加氢站有限空间内氢气泄漏状态下的氮气抑爆方法,建立了氢气泄漏数值模型,在有限空间内对氢气泄漏状态进行仿真模拟;对不同喷射角度的氮气喷嘴进行模拟研究,找到合适喷射角度;设计了一种氮气抑爆装置.在氢气自然扩散、氢气泄漏后启动氮气抑爆装置两种情况下进行仿真模拟,并搭建全尺寸试验平台进行现场验证.试验结果表明,氮气抑爆系统的介入可以使有限空间内的氢气浓度降低速度增快50%以上,有效缩短空间内氢气浓度报警时长.研究结果可为加氢站本质安全防护提供一定的参考.

Abstract

A nitrogen explosion suppression method under hydrogen leakage in a limited space of a hydrogen refueling station is proposed,and a numerical model of hydrogen leakage is established to simulate the hydrogen leakage state in a limited space;Simulate and study nitrogen nozzles with different injection angles to find suitable injection angles;A nitrogen explosion suppression device was designed,and simulation was conducted under two conditions:natural diffusion of hydrogen and activation of the nitrogen explosion suppression device after hydrogen leakage.A full-scale test platform was built for on-site verification.The experimental results show that the intervention of nitrogen explosion suppression system can accelerate the reduction rate of hydrogen concentration in a confined space by more than 50%,effectively shortening the duration of hydrogen concentration alarm in the space.The research results can provide some reference for the intrinsic safety protection of hydrogen refueling stations.
