摘要

火力发电厂凝结水品质异常会导致整个汽水系统设备的结垢、腐蚀、阻力,影响机组的安全可靠运行.某百万等级机组凝结水水质发生间歇性异常,通过分析,排除了凝汽器循环冷却水泄漏、凝结水泵出口样水污染及分析误差、凝汽器补水水质不合格等可能性,结合现场试验和理论计算,确定凝结水泵筒体焊缝泄漏是凝结水水质发生间歇性异常的根源.

Abstract

The quality of condensate water in thermal power plant affects the fouling,corrosion and flow resistance of the whole steam-water system equipment,and further the safety and reliable operation of the power unit.Intermittent abnormal quality in condensate water occurred in a 1030MW power unit.Through analysis,the probobilities on the leakage of condenser circulating cooling water,the sample and analysis error of water pollution at condensate pump outlet,unqualified water quality of condenser water supply were excluded.Combined with field tests and theoretical calculations,the weld leakage of condensate pump barrel was proved to be the source for the occurrence of intermittent abnormal condensate water quality.
