摘要

在燃气轮机发电机组运行过程中,压气机效率下降将直接影响发电效益,运行中的压气机效率的监测对机组高效运行有重要影响.归纳总结了目前适用于燃气轮机发电机组压气机效率的试验及计算方法,给出了定比热过程和变比热过程的计算公式.在目前投运的某F级燃气轮机发电机组上进行了不同负荷段的压气机试验,按定比热容和变比热容过程计算方法计算了压气机效率,定比热与变比热计算结果存在偏差,且随着压比的上升偏差逐渐增大.

Abstract

During the operation of a gas turbine generator set,the decrease in compressor efficiency will directly affect the power generation efficiency,and the efficiency of the compressor during operation has a significant impact on the efficient operation of the unit.Summarized the current testing and calculation methods applicable to the efficiency of compressors in gas turbine generator sets,and provided calculation formulas for the constant specific heat process and variable specific heat process.A compressor test was conducted on a certain F-class gas turbine generator set currently in operation at different load stages.The efficiency of the com-pressor was calculated using the process calculation methods of fixed and variable specific heat capacities.There was a deviation in the calculation results of fixed and variable specific heat,and the deviation gradually increased with the increase of pressure ratio.
