摘要
SCR 烟气脱硝是目前世界上成熟的脱硝技术之一,已经得到广泛应用.目前SCR烟气脱硝工艺使用的还原剂制备方法包括液氨、尿素水解、尿素热解、尿素催化水解等方法,本文从技术可靠性、安全性、经济性对几种还原剂制备方法进行了对比,证明尿素水解方法更为成熟、可靠、成本低,适合推广应用.
Abstract
SCR flue gas denitrification is one of the most mature denitrification technologies in the world and has been widely used.The current SCR flue gas denitrification process uses reductant preparation methods including liquid ammonia,urea hydrolysis,urea pyrolysis,urea catalytic hydrolysis,etc.Several methods were compared in terms of technological reliability,safety,and economy.It was concluded that urea hydrolysis method is mature,reliable,and cost-effective,which is suitable for widespread promotion.
