海上风电在能源转型中具有重要意义,为了实现降本增效,海上风电正朝着大型化、深水化和集约化三个方向发展。本文介绍了国内外海上风电的发展现状与未来规划,梳理了海上风电发展在工程环境表征、大型化、深水化、集约化和防灾减灾等五个方面的技术现状,重点介绍了发展过程中的技术瓶颈和挑战。最后,基于目前国内外的技术现状和发展需求,给出了我国海上风电发展的建议。
Offshore wind power technology development trends
Offshore wind power plays an extraordinary role in the energy transition.Offshore wind power engineering has development trends of using up-sized turbines,deep water,and intensification,to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This paper presents the current status and future plan for domestic and international offshore wind power development,emphasizing the technical status from five aspects:environmental characterization,up-sizing,deep-water development,intensification,and disaster prevention and damage reduction,with a focus on the technical bottlenecks and challenges encountered during the development process.Upon the current domestic and international technical status and development need,the future development of offshore wind power in China are suggested in the end.
