摘要

非道路移动机械数量和排放量巨大,消耗大量柴油等化石能源,污染形势十分严峻.结合非道路移动机械污染排放管控实际需求,运用北斗+大数据分析+可视化应用的关键技术路线,对非道路移动机械污染排放远程监控系统进行设计与应用研究,力求解决非道路移动机械污染防治从人防到技防转变的问题.

Abstract

Non-road mobile machinery has a huge quantity and emissions,consuming a large amount of fossil fuels such as diesel,and pollution situation is very severe.Based on actual needs of non-road mobile machinery pollution emission control,key technical route of"Beidou+big data analysis+visualization application"was applied to design and apply a remote monitoring system for non-road mobile ma-chinery pollution emissions,aiming to fundamentally solve problem of how to transform non-road mobile machinery pollution preven-tion and control from civil defense to technical defense.
