Agricultural informatization empowers agricultural production and management through network computers,improves pro-duction efficiency,reduces costs,and facilitates decision-making.It is also an inevitable trend in development of agricultural moderniz-ation.Current situation of agricultural informatization in Miyun District of Beijing City was expounded,existing problems were ana-lyzed,suggestions for development of agricultural informatization in Miyun District were put forward,and development prospects were forecasted and discussed.
