对黄山贡菊植株采用动态顶空套袋采集法结合GC-MS分析技术,成功地采集和分析了黄山贡菊在自然状态下挥发性化学物质的成分.共确定了 59种有机化学物质,包括 30种烷烃类、5种酯类、4种醇类、3种醛类、4种烯烃类、1种醚类及 3种酮类等.室内Y型管选择行为测试结果表明,α-蒎烯≥600 ng/μL时,对 3龄若蚜具有显著的驱避作用(P<0.05).研究为基于植物化学物质的黄山贡菊蚜虫综合治理提供了理论基础.
Identification of Volatile Chemical Components from Dendranthema morifolium cv.Gongju in Fields and Ecological Function
Volatile chemical components of Dendranthema morifolium cv.Gongju in fields were successfully collected and analyzed by dynamic headspace bagging collection method combined with GC-MS analysis technology.59 volatile chemical components were identi-fied,including 30 alkanes,5 esters,4 alcohols,3 aldehydes,4 olefins,1 aether and 3 ketones.Test results of indoor Y-shaped tube selection behavior indicated that,when α-Pinene≥600 ng/μL,it has a significant repellent effect on 3rd instar aphids(P<0.05).It provided a theoretical basis for integrated management of tribute chrysanthemum aphid in Dendranthema morifolium cv.Gongju based on phytochemicals.
