随着分子生物学在各个学科之间的广泛应用,其基本理论及操作技术已经成为茶科学研究中必不可少的方法之一,如茶树种质资源研究、茶树植物保护、茶叶加工及功能成分保健机理研究等各领域.为使茶学硕士研究生更系统地掌握分子生物学理论和方法,能熟练地将分子技术应用于具体的科研试验,以贵州大学茶学院茶学硕士点为例,针对当前开设的分子生物学课程中普遍存在的理论课程结构体系松散、与茶产业应用联系不紧密、实验课程比例严重不足等实际问题,有针对性地开展课程的教学内容改革探索.基础理论知识部分,通过基础知识结构重组、设置主题教学、小组自主学习等灵活的教学方式吸引学生的学习兴趣,逐步夯实学生的理论基础知识.围绕分子生物学在茶叶生产、加工等方面的具体应用,突出实验教学内容和实践项目设计,注重学生知识运用和创新能力的培养.通过多方面的课程改革措施来综合提升该课程的教学质量和效果,促进茶学硕士培养的高质量发展.
Design on Molecular Biology Science Course for Master's Students in Tea Science
With widespread application of molecular biology in various disciplines,its basic theories and operational techniques have become one of essential methods in tea science research,such as tea germplasm resources research,tea plant protection,tea processing and functional ingredient health mechanism research in various fields.To enable master's students in tea science to systematically master molecular biology theories and methods,and proficiently apply molecular technology to specific scientific research experiments,taking master's program in tea science at College of Tea Science,Guizhou University as an example,targeted exploration of teaching content reform for current molecular biology course is aimed at addressing practical issues such as loose theoretical course structure,weak con-nection with tea industry applications,and insufficient proportion of experimental courses.In basic theoretical knowledge section,flex-ible teaching methods such as restructuring basic knowledge structure,setting theme teaching,and group self-directed learning were used to attract students'interest in learning,gradually consolidating their theoretical foundation knowledge.Focusing on specific applic-ation of molecular biology in tea production,processing,and other aspects,design of experimental teaching content and practical projects was emphasized,and cultivation of students'knowledge application and innovation ability was emphasized.Teaching quality and effectiveness of this course were comprehensively improved through various curriculum reform measures,to promote high-quality development of tea master's training.
