In order to change disadvantages of traditional textbook for vocational education,textbook development team was estab-lished by schools and enterprises cooperate to design learning situations,innovate textbook compilation methods,and develop loose leaf textbook of Dairy Product Detection Technology course.The loose leaf textbook was integrated into national and industrial standards,micro lesson videos,and teaching PPT in the form of two-dimensional code,which constructed a curriculum development model for learning fields and typical tasks,determined development process and detailed steps of loose leaf textbook,optimized content of text-book,highlighted three-dimensional and information-based characteristics of textbook,and could provide theoretical and practical refer-ence for compilation of loose leaf textbook for other courses.
