Implementation of high standard farmland construction project is an important means to promote agricultural modernization,its project management effect directly affects efficiency of agricultural production and output.However,there are still some problems in project management of high standard farmland construction in Guizhou Province,such as unreasonable layout of project area,inad-equate project management and lax risk control.Some common problems in project management of high-standard farmland construction were discussed.Some pertinent suggestions were put forward in order to provide some references for improving project management of high-standard farmland construction in Guizhou Province.
