Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching System for Food Major Based on OBE Concept
As an engineering education major,the OBE concept is suitable for guiding construction of food major.Under OBE concept,with training objectives as highest orientation,talent training plan was obtained by decomposing and mapping graduation requirements and course correlation matrix layer by layer.The food industry should cater to development needs of food industry,providing con-sumers with more diverse,safe,nutritious,and healthy food to meet people's pursuit of a better life.Guided by this,it was aimed to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,establish a teaching system that combines professional education and innovation and en-trepreneurship education,provide teaching conditions and guarantees,promote reform of teaching content,teaching modes,and teach-ing methods,and promote cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
