全面推进乡村振兴,人才队伍是关键,如何培养扎得深、用得上、留得下的农业人才是高等职业院校的重要使命和责任.以高素质农业人才培养为目标,强调个性化教育培养,注重深化产教融合,针对高素质农民学历教育中存在的教学问题,探索构建适合高素质农民的个性化教学模式,为涉农高校开展高素质农民学历教育提供模式借鉴,助力农业农村现代化建设.
Teaching Mode of High Quality Farmers Academic Education Based on Concept of Personalized Education A Case Study of Fruit Tree Cultivation Technology Course
To comprehensively promote rural revitalization,talent team is the key.How to cultivate agricultural talents who are deeply rooted,useful,and retain is an important mission and responsibility of higher vocational colleges.With goal of cultivating high quality agricultural talents,emphasizing personalized education and deepening integration of industry and education,personalized teaching models suitable for high quality farmers were developed in response to teaching problems in high quality farmer education,to provide model reference for agricultural universities to carry out high quality farmer education,and assist in modernization of agriculture and rur-al areas.
