摘要
柴油机是我国农业生产中不可或缺的动力源,农用柴油机种类繁多、经济性好、适应性强.近年来,伴随我国饮食结构调整,国家实施粮改饲、粮改畜,以肉牛养殖等为主的畜牧养殖业得到大力发展,机械化养殖作为现代化肉牛养殖的重要支撑,养殖各环节以柴油机为动力的农业机械得到了大量应用.以肉牛养殖为例,阐述了农用柴油机在牧草生产、收获、加工,以及肉牛饲喂和废弃物处理环节的配套应用,分析农用柴油机发展中存在的工作稳定性较差、噪声和排放较大问题,提出应用电控高压喷射等先进技术提升农用柴油机性能、做好农用柴油机与专业农机具的配套适应性,以及加强农用柴油机制造工艺和强化生产过程管理的发展策略.
Abstract
Diesel engine is an indispensable power source in China's agricultural production,and there are various types of agricultural diesel engines,which have good economy and strong adaptability.In recent years,with adjustment of China's diet structure,the state has implemented"grain feed"and"grain livestock",and livestock husbandry industry based on beef cattle breeding has been vigorously developed,mechanized farming is an important support for modern beef cattle breeding,and agricultural machinery powered by diesel engine in all aspects of farming has been widely used.Taking beef cattle breeding as an example,supporting application of agricultural diesel engine in grass production,harvest,processing,beef cattle feeding and waste treatment were expounded,and problems of poor working stability,large noise and emission in development of agricultural diesel engine were analyzed.Development strategies of im-proving performance of agricultural diesel engines by using advanced technologies such as electronic control and high pressure injection,making matching adaptability between agricultural diesel engines and specialized agricultural machinery and tools,strengthening manu-facturing process of agricultural diesel engines and strengthening production process management were further proposed.
