摘要

蔬菜作为鲜活农产品,在贮运过程中易发生变质腐烂现象,损耗严重.调研了天津市蔬菜生产基地保鲜技术设施发展现状,针对天津市蔬菜生产基地保鲜技术设施存在的问题,提出了天津市蔬菜生产基地保鲜技术设施发展建议,为天津市蔬菜生产基地保鲜技术设施发展提供参考.

Abstract

Vegetables,as fresh agricultural products,are prone to spoilage and serious damage during storage and transportation.Cur-rent development status of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin were researched.In response to problems existing in preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin City,suggestions for development of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin City were proposed,in order to provide reference for de-velopment of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production areas in Tianjin City.
