摘要
建后管护是确保高标准农田效益长效发挥的关键.调查了陕西省榆林市榆阳区高标准农田建设项目建后管护情况,摸清高标准农田项目建后管护存在的问题,结合各地的管护经验模式,提出了相关建议,为改进完善高标准农田建后管护提供可行性对策.
Abstract
Post construction management and protection is the key to ensuring long-term effectiveness of high standard farmland.A sur-vey was conducted on post construction management and protection of high standard farmland construction projects in Yuyang District,Yulin City,Shaanxi Province.Problems in post construction management and protection of high standard farmland projects were identi-fied,and relevant suggestions were proposed based on experience and models of other places,in order to provide feasible countermeas-ures for improving and perfecting post construction management and protection of high standard farmland.
