摘要

工程教育要服务于工程实践.在新时代工程教育改革和工程认证大环境下,探索了机械工程人才培养的大工程观内涵,据此开展机械基础课程群改革与实践.以新疆农业大学机械基础课程群为例,对人才需求侧需求调研与分析,从课程群教学架构、实践教学、创新能力培养等方面研究了机械基础课程群构建与一流专业人才培养相适应的课程体系和培养模式,同时探讨了传统"老中青"传帮带、援疆政策支持教学骨干培养方法及现代虚拟教研室相结合的教学团队培养模式,以支撑面向大工程观的机械基础课程群改革与实践.

Abstract

Engineering education should serve engineering practice.Under environment of engineering education reform and engineer-ing certification in the new era,connotation of Engineering-with-a-Big-E of mechanical engineering talent training was explored,based on which a series of curriculum reform and practice of mechanical foundation were carried out.Taking mechanical foundation series courses of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,through research and analysis of demand side of talents,how to construct curriculum system and training mode suitable for training of first-class mechanical engineering professionals from aspects of curriculum group teaching structure,practical teaching,and innovative ability cultivation were investigated.Meanwhile,teaching team training mode of combination between traditional"old,middle-aged and young"mentors,utilize various aid policies for Xinjiang to further study backbone of teaching,and modern virtual instructional research platform were discussed,so as to support reform and practice of mech-anical basic curriculum facing concept of Engineering-with-a-Big-E.
