In order to solve problem of low level of information and digitalization in tea rolling process,and to meet development de-mand of standardization and refinement of tea rolling technology,an on-line monitoring system based on cloud box of internet of things was designed.Wireless communication,remote service,cloud monitoring,data collection and parameter adjustment were realized to upgrade system,reduce operation and maintenance cost and optimize production process.
